The selah moment

Life inspiration moments to watch out for saints.

The above word selah is used in the some of the palms and has a musical meaning that represents a pause to take in what you have just heard.

Life can bring you a selah moment if your willing to listen, the reason why this stands out to me is because God is always speaking seeking to get our attention, so He can reveal a spiritual truth to us, concerning life and how we are perceiving it on a daily basis.

Why not take a pause, breath and listen for yourself it might surprise you, what you hear or see pertaining to how you are living under the sun.

The letter Paul the Apostle wrote to the young minister in 1Timothy 6:6-7 he spoke of 'godliness and contentment and that they produced great gain in ones life for we brought nothing into this world and it is certain we carry nothing out' (paraphrasing), this particular passage should give us a selah moment in how we are overseeing our daily choices and pursuits.

Godliness and contentment is promised by God to bring us great gain. for those of you who are good at cooking or even baking you will know the importance of the correct ingredients in the fulfilment of the end result, so you follow the recipe as shown.

So it is with the lord He has given a recipe for a life, that will bring us great gain if we pause and ask our selves some important questions about what we are pursuing and why, and is it in alignment with our Fathers will for our life.

If we are attentive to pay attention we will hear and make a course adjustment, thus benefiting from the supernatural provision by our willingness to live, life by the word of the lord.

we don't have to function as the world does , our God said he will supply all our needs according to his riches in glory.

why not then take regular selah moments and be ready to hear of a better way of living....' I came that you might have life and have it more abundantly John 10;10
